Don't take Anything personally

Great saying from Don Miguel Ruiz "What others say and do is a projection of their own reality, their own dream. When you are immune to the opinions and actions of others, you won't be the victim of needless suffering." This is so true everyone has their own opinions on everything. Their opinions only effect you if you allow them. Just be yourself and don't care what others think of you. I try to practice this everyday and each day it gets easier and easier.
